Ah, yes I realize this post is a week old but I had a visit from my Mom and brother so everything else kinda got pushed back (and it was well worth it!!!). Now that life is back to normal, I though I'd jump right into the Target Dollar Sport haul. Want to see what's popping at Target? Click the link to jump the cut!
My organized life revolves around accordion file folders. I use these for stickers, memo pads and pre-printed planner inserts. Target has been killing it with some of the most eye candy-ish ones I've seen. A couple months ago I bought the teal with white polka dots and this time I picked up these from the watercolor collection.
As much as I use straws, I usually don't buy the paper straws because they feel kinda funky but I couldn't resist the color and design combination on these. I haven't had a chance to use these yet but with my bat straw attachment, I might be drinking the cutest drink ever!
I also picked up these magnetic list pads! There were way more than this but I very picky about the list pads I like. I am not really feeling the new floral watercolor prints but I jumped all over the pink/gold and ombre print pads. And no, you're going crazy! The center pad was mentioned in a previous post but I love that design so much that I buy it whenever I see it.
That same watercolor effect is featured all the way through on to the packaging and printed their spring pens. One of the cutest surprises were the pastel gel pens with hearts cut-outs in the cap. Unfortunately, the pens take a lot of effort in order for them to show and they are very light (except the blue) but for a dollar - I don't feel it was a rip off. I am sure they'll come in handy someday (omg, I think I just said a hoarder thought).
I was so happy to see they had one set of the mint plastic containers left! I haven't been able to find these anywhere and as much as I try not to hoard items, I find it so hard to contain myself whenever I stumble on containers - especially cute ones! I also purchased the rainbow watercolor mini bucket and the clear divided containers. Once I get these all set up, I'll make a post about that.
Lastly, I went a little sticky memo crazy! I purchased the double pack with the silver/kraft look and the other double pack is watercolor pink with white polka dots and the other is white with watercolor pink/red dots. I also got the single packs of green ombre and blue ambre. You'll also see a double pack I featured in my '50 Shades of Mint" post. The very last thing I bought were the watercolor page flags. I like these because the design on the page flags are super light and I can easily see any notes I've written.
I have double/triples of almost everything here and once I get all of these organized I'll put them up for trading or sale. I also finally received my shipment of stationery for my store so there is a lot going on behind the scenes - I just need to play catch up and this blog will be bursting from the seams!
Til next time, keep it spooky!
